M7650 EU doesn't connect to any cellular network
Hi @TP-Link and the TP-Link community!
I have a M7650(EU) ver 1.1 which is running firmware 1.0.13 Build 180808 Rel.1056n. It refuses to connect to the cellular network (Etisalat in the U.A.E.). Even if I try doing a manual network search, it gives me a strange error.
I thought maybe the firmware is old so I tried to update it using the M7650(EU)_V1.1_201110 firmware file but it refuses to accept that saying the firmware is not for this model.
I put the sim card in another mifi I have from Huawei and it works there so I know the SIM card is working.
Please can I get some help.
