archer c6 doesn't connect to the new world game, i've tried everything, with older model like archer c60 it works normal

Hello, what is the name of the world game, please? Except for the Archer C6 router, are there any other changes in the network, such as ISP or modem? If no other network changes, please confirm what is the DNS server settings on the C6 router, you can try changing them to Google's or Cloudflare's, which are 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1, then reboot the C6 and reconnect to the network to confirm.
BTW, is the network layout ISP modem---Archer C6 (in Router mode)---PC? How about other services and applications, are they working fine when connecting to the C6? Who is your ISP?

Can I know the name of the world game? Are other services and applications working fine when connecting to the C6 network?
BTW, I saw you also tried to clone the MAC address on the C6, whose MAC address are you trying to clone to the C6? The old C60's? Can you recall what is the WAN IP address on the olc C60?

other activities are working well,
I sent it 2 times for warranty and it came back with same problem

That's weird. Do you still have the previous C60 router? If you connect it back to the network, will it still allow you to play New World?
