Deco max speed 110mb/s

Hey guys,
Hope you're doing well.
Currently, we switched from 100mb/s to 300mb/s, but when using Wi-Fi next to Deco, we couldn't get more than 110mb/s.
but when we do testing using Deco App, it shows 300mb/s
What could be the problem ?

If you run Deco mesh in Router mode, you may need to manually increase the value of QoS parameter. See Using QoS feature of Deco
Scroll down to Part 2 of that document, where it says "setup the bandwidth for the QoS feature according to the bandwidth provided by your ISP."

Yes, or you could leave both of them 1000m/s.
After modifying the total bandwidth, is there any change of your speed test over Wi-Fi?
In case not, how much speed you could get if you turn off the 2.4ghz on the Deco, leave 5ghz only?
(Please make sure the speed test is from the main Deco, not satellite Deco.)
