Hi Everyone,

I recently got a Archer TX300E Wi-Fi 6 Bluetooth 5.0 PCIe Adapter a few months ago and it has been giving me some trouble. When I try connecting to my Network, Windows 10 keeps saying "Can't Connect to Network". I did some research on how to solve this issue, sadly nothing has fixed it. I tried reinstalling Windows 10, Drivers, changing PCIe Ports, USB's, and much more. I found a temporary way to fix it is by going into my network settings to change the 'Security' to WPA-WPA2 Personal. That did work, but there is a catch. That network Security is not the strongest compared to WPA2-WPA3 Personal. Once I change the network to WPA2-WPA3 Personal, the adapter does not like that for some reason. Once I go back to WPA-WPA2 Personal, then it likes it. I checked the box to see it's compatible with that Security and it is. The card is currently running on 22.80.1.1 driver Version and it was updated 9/12/2021. Any advice will be great on what I should do next.

Thank you so much.

Hello@selenakale

Sorry about the late reply.

  • Intel released a newer driver for AX200 (chipset of TX3000E) in Nov, 2021, you could give it a try:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/products/189347/wireless/intel-wireless-products/intel-wi-fi-6-series/intel-wi-fi-6-ax200-gig.html#drivers-software

  • You may also update firmware for router/AP

Do you mean adapter ' can't connect to network ' once change Router security type to WPA2/WPA3, but works fine when change to WPA/WPA2 personal? May I know the model of router/AP, can I have a photo of the wireless security settings on router? Thank you
