Hello, is the model number Archer C50? If you cannot find the wifi signal of the router, try changing the wireless channel settings on it, then check again. You can follow this guide:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2292/

 

You can choose channel 1/6/11, reboot the router, then check if you can see the signal on the client device.

 

If you are referring to the 5G signal, you can do the same for the 5G wireless, channel can be 36/40/44/48.
