Hi. Just bought the AC 1200 Deco E3 kit but no power comes on when the M3W is plugged in. All sockets used are working fine. Presumably its a faulty unit unless there's someway of sorting this out.

Hi, Have you tried a factory reset to see if that made any difference?

If not, I am afraid it might be a defective unit.

Could you please send me a private message about the MAC address and SN number of the M3W?

@TP-Link Hi, the power button came on after a few rests but although the M3W is in the same room as the mesh, it's not picking up signal. SN 220B2V8B00298,

MAC 60 32 B1 8D 8C 73.
