Hello, I have recently purchased an Archer T3U Plus wireless adapter. It works perfectly on 2.4GHz but on 5GHz it recognizes and connects to networks, but weirdly enough, the "internet" itself doesn't work. I tried pinging an IP to test and it worked absolutely fine, but it never ever loaded any page, as if the connection only allowed me to upload or something.

Running driver version 1030.38.712.2019 on Windows 10 64 bit

Hello @-moon- 

  1. Make sure other network devices works fine when connect to the 5Ghz Wi-Fi from router. 
  2. If computer get IP address and could ping router/ gateway, you could manually set DNS as 8.8.8.8 / secondary DNS 8.8.4.4, save the settings, restart network adapter:

3. Check if you have any advanced settings on main router like access control, blacklist whitelist/ access control settings that may affect the internet on computer.

4, Try a different 5Ghz channel (36/40/44/48 ) on main router

May I know did the wireless adapter with router 5Ghz before?
