Hi 

I have a RE450 Range Extenderand I've just changed my router and it won't let me connect, it just says

Login failed, your phones ip address is not in the same subnet as your device.

Any suggestions

You could factory reset extender and install it from scratch: 

RESET: With the extender powered on, use a pin to press the RESET button until most Leds flash once. 
Later, please follow the instructions here to set up range extender :

For 'your phones ip address is not in the same subnet', the  error means phone is not successfully connected to Range extender SSID, try  turn off mobile data and VPN settings on the phone, connect to TP-Link Extender SSID and login again.
