DECO Speed test doesn't work
The speed test app within the deco only works sometimes.
The rest of the time it just says success and doesn't even try to do the speed test.

May I know the version of your Deco APP, 2.10.4 for IOS, 2.10.3 for Android?
I see there is a new firmware for Deco M5 V3.2 and could you please try to update the firmware to be the latest and check again:

And have you tried to manually update the firmware via web UI, not via Deco APP since 1.5.7 has just been released for a few weeks, sometimes APP might not able to get this firmware from the Cloud server.

Now we might need to ask the senior engineers for further help.
Please go to Deco APP>Overview>three lines on the top>help>contact us>suggestions and add APP log.
By the way, under Deco APP>Overview>three lines on the top>Deco lab>WiFi assistant, there is also a test internet speed and could you please test the speed here to see if it is the same?
And may I know the model number and operating system of your smartphone?
After sending the logs, you could consider restarting the Deco to have a look.
