I have a customized modem for the ISP. Model name is "TP LINK AC1200 VC220 G3u"

I want to install the original firmware of the base model. Bec some features doesnt work properly. Can I do that?

VC220 G3u seems a customized version for Service Providers in the local market, which means the firmware of the router could be self-designed by your ISP, thus we cannot provide any original firmware as you asked.

 

Generally, the support for this customized version will be covered by your ISP, and we suggest you contact your ISP to check if they can help.
