Hello, I want to confirm why you need to set the external port range 1024-65535 for the specific internal port 5060? This setting means the port 5060 can be visited externally via the range 1024-65535, which is not necessary for my opinion.

While if you do need this setting on the C80, please let me know which step did you get stuck with, what is the error message when you save the settings? You can try a smaller port range like 5060-65535 on the router. If the error message is like this as mentioned by other customers, you can try the suggestions in the thread:

[Solution] Cannot open 1701 port on Archer C80

Be sure that the port is not opened or used by any other service in the network, you can check if any port is opened automatically by UPnP on the C80.
