I have a bunch of IP Cameras that require 2.4 Ghz connection. I have been having issues with connecting using the Deco M9 Plus mesh. I have 4 95 plus and 1 M5. I have set up a Guest account to be in 2.4 Ghz only for connecting all my cameras to this. When checking the download and upload speeds when my phone is connected to the 2.4 I get 1 Mbps/0.15 Mbps but when connected to the 5 Ghz I get 200/10 Mbps. The cameras are disconnecting and not viewable. Why is this the case? How can I fix this issue?

Hi, welcome to the community.

Are you available to help me run further tests:

1. enable the guest network for 5ghz only(enable 5ghz then turn off 2.4ghz) and please help me test the 5ghz speed of the guest network.

2. turn off the 5ghz on the main network and test the 2.4ghz speed of the main network.

(please help me check the wireless link speed when you test the 2.4ghz speed, Thank you in advance.)

3. was the speed still slow when connecting to the 2.4ghz of main Deco(next to the main Deco)?

1. 5 ghz guest speed came out as 107/11

2. The 2.4 ghz main is 4.92/4.04

3. The 2.4 ghz of guest is 6.36/8.85

4. The 5 ghz for guest is 179/11.4
