Model: Archer A10
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.3 Build 20210717 rel.64680(4555)

Hi all,

I activated Openvpm using the defined procedures and it works right.

I'm surprised as this configuration doesn't require the use of user/password but security is based on a key inside the configuration file.

I think that this way of manage the vpn security is unsafe and i'm asking what is the way of using both user/password and security key.

What do you think? Thanks a lot

@ginetto

Hello, as you already found the OpenVPN config file is secured and encrypted when you configure it on the router, and there is no other authentication for the clients to login now.

Your request will be considered as a product or feature optimization, which will be recorded and reviewed by the engineering in the future, thank you.
