Successful setup has been completed including remote access over 4G at location A.

 

After moving the Archer MR200 geographically to location B remote access does not work anymore. Cloud Device status is Offline. No login possible.

Please note: Internet access via Wireless successfully has been tested at location B. The device is powered on and connected to the Internet. And currently I also remotely have access to and manage my Netatmo smart weather station.

Any idea? Thanks.

Hi,

 

Do you mean the MR200 is no longer able to login to TP-Link Cloud using your TP-Link ID?

 

Can you check if the router's System Log (under Advanced -> System Tools) lists any error messages?

That's correct.

 

Since location B is about 300 km away from location A (where I live), I cannot look at logs without remote access/login.

I am afraid, then it seems there is nothing you can do at the moment to fix this. Someone will have to go to location B and check out what's wrong with the MR200.
