Hello there,

 

Here I am using tp-link Archer c6 (US) and my current firmware version  is  1.0.10 Build 20210513 rel.63256(5553)

 

and new firmware upgrade is available the 1.0.14 Build 20211118 rel.43110 but when I try to download the firmware it's showing to be unable to download the firmware every time what can I do if the firmware download file is available please provide the download link to me.

Hello, may I know how did you upgrade the router firmware? If you are trying to update it via the router web GUI, please be sure the router is connected to the internet fine, then it should be able to connect to the TP-Link cloud server to download the new firmware, you can install it by tapping the Upgrade Firmware button.

 

You can also download the latest firmware from the local official website, then upgrade it manually. This is the guide for your reference:
