Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.1.8 Build 20201225 Rel. 50156

Hi,

As I have done research here, apparently my firmware for DECO M4 is customised by ISP that I was not aware of.

Could you please identify what ISP is and if there is any update?

Is it possible to flash it with the original TP firmware?

Return of product is not an option, I have bought it half a year ago, but I am struggling now to link the router with 2 different printers.

@Magic1

Hi, welcome to the community.

Actually, I am sure for which ISP this firmware has been customized.

Normally, the general firmware begins with 1. x.x and the ISP customized firmware is 2. x.x.

But one thing is for sure that it could be not flashed back to general firmware.
