1.Im trying to add more address to my address reservation. Every time i go to add more address, it greys out the window

2.it takes around one minute to provide internet to connected devices
Do you have any address reservations already configured ? How many are they ? Every device has a hard coded limit of records in the Address Reservation table.
By the way judging by your device model, it has been provided to you by your ISP - it has a customized FW for ISPs. You can contact your ISP and ask them if they have more recent FW version to upgrade to.
