In the wifi-lab, I always get the error indication "You are offline" while trying to measure internet speed.
However it is not correct, the test gives ping information and shows the service provider. I can test the speed with other software. I am very much online, despite the error indication?

Could you please go to change the DNS server on the Deco to have a look: How to change DNS server settings on my Deco?
By the way, under “Run Wi-Fi diagnostics”, there is a separate ”Test speed” and when you run the speed test here, will you have the same error message?

I set a manual DNS here i Sweden, no difference.
When I try the separate test speed, it fails.
