Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.5.7

Hi all,

My M5 has 2 ports. 1 connected to unifi modem, thus able to provide wifi signal. I tried using 2nd port for direct connect a cable to laptop lan port for internet, but prompted "IP could not be found", "check connection", "check proxy, firewall, DNS". Something wrong with my setting?

Ps: tried with 2 laptops, and the same thing happen.

Hi，

Could you please go to Deco APP>more>advanced>IPTV/VLAN, please make sure IPTV VLAN is disabled if you did not subscribe to any IPTV service.

Internet VLAN ID could be left on if it is required by ISP.
