Firmware Version: 2.0.0 Build 20161206 rel.60287

Hello

I am from India, my ISP is ACT Fibernet

My connection package is 75Mbps U/D

When I connect the LAN cable from my ISP's network switch directly to my laptop, I get the rated speed of 75 for both U and D, infact a little more than that on SpeedTest

However since last 1 week, my upload speed has not been going above 1Mbps. Tested with an Old Netgear router, the U/D were ~40Mbps so I am pretty sure theres some fault wiht the C60.

Please guide, thank you!

Hello, please refer to the troubleshooting guide we provided in the below link to review all the settings on the C60, especially the QoS settings:

Thank you. Can I have the QoS settings of the C60? Have you ever tried to reset the C60 to factory defaults then reconfigure it from scratch? When the upload speed is limited to 1Mbps, are you able to open websites?

Yes I have done a factory reset, but the issue does not get solved. Websites open fine since the download speed isnt effected. But yes when I do videocalls or try to upload things, thats when it takes ages. Below are the QoS settings I tried as per the AX1110 router troubleshoot you showed me

It seems the web GUI of the C60 is different from that of the AX11000, you can try to uncheck "Enable QoS", then reboot the router and confirm.

BTW, I've forwarded your case to the TP-Link support team who have tried to contact you with your registered email address, please pay attention to your email box for follow-up.

It was disabled by default, which I then enabled as per the other router's guide you mentioned. I have disabled it again and rebooted but no change.

Hi,

I'm using Archer C6 router and my service provider is ACT fibrenet (India)

Firmware version: 1.3.6 Build 20200902 rel.65591(4555)

Hardware version: 2.0

Broadband plan details :  300 Mbps (upload and download)

From past 1 week im getting very slow upload speed. As slow as 1 to 2 Mbps. Download speeds are around 300 Mbps on average.

I have tried Factory restore of the router , Manual firmware upgrade and reconfiguring the router. Nothing worked out. Im still facing the same issue as yours.

I dont think this is a hardware issue. This is something related to software broke somewhere which TP link needs to address this by providing the firmware update OTA.

Thanks

SRN

@Mozard

Hey,

My issue is resolved by doing simple steps. Im not 100% sure that those steps fixed the issue but that is the only change i did after which it started working fine.

Go to 192.168.0.1 ---> Advanced ----> system tool -----> System Parameters

Check for RTS Threshold value

if it is 2346 then change it to 2304 and after sometime change it back to 2346.

And that fixed my issue.

Thanks

Srn
