I just purchased and connected but it keeps dropping the internet conn

Hi, could you please also help me get the following details:

1. Would the main X20-DSL turn red when the connection dropped out?

2. May I know who is your internet service provider and what internet connection did you use dynamic IP or PPPoE?

3. How often did the connection drop out and did you need to reboot Deco to restore the internet service?
