Model: Archer C80
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.10.1 Build 210918 Rel.41360n(4A50)

I Updated the firmware version of my Archer C80(JP) now I can't connect to my 2.4Ghz Wireless network. I did the online upgrade. Not the local upgrade.

I tried restoring to factory settings but it still doesn't work

Also, the image of 2.4Ghz on the network map is orange.

Please help.

@ShiroTsuchiya

Are you still able to find the 2.4GHz network on your phone or laptop? Or in other words, is the 2.4GHz network still broadcasting? If yes, was there an error message when you tried to connect to it?

When you factory reset the router, did you keep the 2.4GHz wireless settings by default, and you still failed to connect to it?
