Model: Archer C5400X
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.2 Build 20191223 rel.73956(5553)

I have problems using the Ethernet ports to connect to internet.

The interface shows 0 wired clients connected even though I have 3 wired devices connected.

WiFi is working fine.

I have no USB devices attached to the router.

I have tested the cables connecting my devices directly to my ISP router and all of them work fine.

I tried doing a factory reset and ethernet ports still won't work.

Wired clients is shown in 0 and Wireless clients is in 13 (which is correct)

If I scroll down to the ethernet connected devices it shows them correctly

Can you please help me troubleshoot this problem? It started happening just now, It was working fine before, I didn't change anything but it just stopped working

@EnriqueW

Hello, what are the devices connected to the LAN ports of the C5400X? Are they getting a valid IP address from the router? You can check that as per the guide below:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/841/

If they can get valid IP addresses from the router, please do a simple ping test and see if the routing is good between them and the router LAN:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/425/

If they cannot get a valid IP address from the router, you may try to manually assign the IP address on the wired devices, then check if they can talk to the router.

If none of the above helps, I'm afraid there might be a hardware issue with the LAN ports, you can contact the local tech support to be advised further:
