I've read through other comments about this problem but mine is slightly different. We have a flashing blue light in the main base. I understand this means the deco is ready for setup. However, the app is stuck on a page saying cloud service unavailable - try again. I have unplugged the deco, re set the deco, updated the app, re installed the app. Our internet is otherwise working fine (our other network is working). What do I do?

Hi, Can I have a picture of the error message?

After resetting the original network, please check on the available wireless network of smartphones and confirm the original network has disappeared.

If possible, could you please record a video clip about the configuration process?

Please also try to use a different Deco as the main Deco to see whether the same error would pop out again.
