Can’t connect to the cloud service
I've read through other comments about this problem but mine is slightly different. We have a flashing blue light in the main base. I understand this means the deco is ready for setup. However, the app is stuck on a page saying cloud service unavailable - try again. I have unplugged the deco, re set the deco, updated the app, re installed the app. Our internet is otherwise working fine (our other network is working). What do I do?
