It is possible to bridge from a  TD-W8961N as modem/router  to a TL-MR420 as repeater to extend wi-fi range?. i can access both routers from the main wifi network, but if i connect to the secondary network (the one from the TL-MR420) doesn't connect or doesn't give internet

@kirimaru1982

Both devices support WDS.

Here's a guide for configuring WDS on TD-W8961N - the specific ithing is that WDS is built between two TD-W8961Ns.

Here's a video guide building WDS with TL-MR3420 v3.

TD-W8961N WDS menu is quite different than the TL-MR3420's and that makes me think building WDS between those two won't be successful.

The other way to extend your network is to useTL-MR3420 in AP mode (connected by ethernet cable) using this guide (Case 2).
