Model: Deco E4

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.5.4 build 20211101 Rel 75384

I have a home network with M4 (ver 2) as the main deco and 3 satellite E4s (ver 1). My Android deco app version is 2.10.3

I just upgraded the firmware on the E4s to 1.5.4 build 20211101 Rel 75384. The Decos are working fine and there are no problems with internet connectivity. However, in the Deco app it frequently says that the E4 Decos are having problems.

Please check if this is a bug in the Android app.

Good day, Thank you for the feedback.

Please go to Deco APP>three lines on the top>help>contact us>suggestions and add the APP log and send the feedback to us.

By the way, when APP displayed satellite E4 units are offline, will it come back online later on the APP automatically?

How often would it appear within one day?
