 If RE Led looks abnormal,  you could try some tips here 

• Try a different power socket for RE make sure its not bad or loose contact
• Try a factory reset the unit

 RESET: With the extender powered on, use a pin to press the RESET button until most Leds flash once. 

May I know was there any power outage or barnstorm or firmware update failure before this happen.
If still the same concern persists, you could try to contact retailer or local support to check device warranty.
