Configure TL-MR3020 like WAN router with static ip-address

I want to use router TL-MR3020 like simple WLAN router with static ip-address. But there are only three modes (3g router, wifi router, access point) but I want WLAN wifi-router, which gets internet through RJ-45 and gives wireless internet. What should I do?
