Model: Archer AX73
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 Build 20211222 rel.74632(5553)

Hi All/Team,

Having the same upload issue as the below support thread:

https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/269726

Frequently (2-6 times daily) Internet upload speeds drop to 0.0mbps with high packet loss, download speeds are OK - I can temporarily fix this by restarting all network equipment (ISP NTD/modem + AX73) - this sometimes does not work.

- Name of your ISP

Aussie Broadband

- Model of the ISP provided modem

Arris CM8200(B)

- Download and Upload bandwidth provided by ISP

100mbps down - 20mbps up

- Speedtest result when connecting to the ISP modem

105mbps down - 18-20mbps up.

- Speedtest result when connecting to the TP-Link router with an Ethernet cable

100mbps down - 0.0-0.5mbps up - massive packet loss(jitter)

I have attempted fixes suggested in the above aforementioned thread, I have factory reset and replaced ethernet cables.

Any other suggestions?

@CombatWombat

Can you confirm if the QoS on the router is disabled? You can follow this guide:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2992/

When does this issue happen, does it happen when you start to use it or does it happen recently after some changes in the network, such as firmware update?
