I have put a sky (O2) sm card in the unit and I'm not getting an Internet connection, I have checked the service provider and sim card and all is ok so its the mifi, I have changed the details from PAYG to contract but still nothing 🤬

If you insert your SD card into your phone, can you get internet access?
