How do i limit the speed of other devices on this router? There is only QoS and no Bandwidth Control for individual devices

Thanks for reaching out to us. 

There is no way to set specific download and upload bandwidth for clients because this model doesn't support bandwidth control, only support QoS feature. 

This guide may help you better understand QoS and its setting.

If you really need bandwidth feature, you can consider our TL-WR840N, TL-WR841N, TL-WR940N, TL-WR941ND.
