Hi,

 

I have a deco-M5 which I am trying to setup to replace my Huawai LTE b628 wifi network. I followed the setup via the app and the Deco connected fine, stating it was online. But after this stage there is no connection via wifi or even speed testing on the device itself. 

 

I have tried disabling the wifi on the Huawai but no fix. There doesn't seem to be a conflict on the IP ranges. Huawai - 192.168.8. 100-200, Deco 192.168.68. 100-250. 

 

Any ideas on possible fixes?

Hi, I see the Deco M5 is online under your TP-Link ID, and were you still having the same issue?

If yes, May I know how you fix this issue?
