I am trying to open the Deco app on my phone.

 

However I cannot log in. I get the message 'No internet' while being conected and using it.

 

I have reset my phone, and reset the main router have no effect.

@xbommele Have you tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app?

Just a M4 (2-pack) user who regrets buying it

Hi, if you use the 4G mobile data, are you able to the log into the Deco APP?

And may I know when did this issue start?
