Laptop - both Mac and windows is not connecting to internet... however able to connect the phone thru wifi to the internet.

Can you please help

May I know what is the LED status of router's internet light which looks like a planet?

And how does your Mac and windows connect to the router? Via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable?

Besides, please refer to this guide to check if your MAC and windows get correct IP address or not.
