Deco S4 Router wont let me access my zyxel nas that is connected through ethernet

I switched over to the Deco S4 Router and now I cant access my zyxel nas. I have a switch connected to the Deco which is connected to my nas. Anybody know the problem?

Hi, can you share a detailed network layout with me, like
ISP---cable modem---Deco S4---switch—Zyxel Nas, satellite S4 units(wirelessly connected to the main Deco).
Are you able to ping the Nas on the mobile clients?
If possible, please wire Nas via Ethernet cable to one of the satellite S4s and check whether it is accessible or not.
And it just occurred to me that if except Deco S4, there is another NAT router, please also change Deco to be access point mode to have a look.—it is under Deco APP>More>Advanced>operating mode>access point.
