Hi, Did it happen only once?
The most possible reason I have ever received about the auto LAN IP changing is caused by an IP conflict, such as a local customized Pi-Hole DNS server.
Do you have such a device that used to be set up under WAN DNS under IPV4?

no i dont have a local dns or something.
i use 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8
its our third time. I disconnect my Switch and use only The p9 on The bridge mode modem. And i get The wrong ip dhcp and must change local lan ip back to 10.0.0.254.

In this way, can I have a picture of your network layout from ISP modem to P9 and switches?
I also sent you my email address via PM and could you please share the following pictures to me:
1. A screenshot of the More>Advanced>IPV4.
2. A screenshot of the More>Advanced>DHCP server
Thank you very much.
