W8960N only had one day cannot get wifi signal tried everything

I received this router today in the mail but I have had nothing but trouble with it I cannot get any wifi signal on any of my wireless devices (games console,tablet,laptop) I never had this problem with my previous TP Link router. I contacted customer support have been on the phone for over 2 hours trying different settings etc. Could it be that my router is faulty? or is there a setting that I haven't tried that can fix this can someone help me out?
