Deco app couldn’t find deco on a different network
Hi
My deco app couldn't find any deco M5 on a different network but can find on the local wifi.
It was working fine before.
What could be the issue?

When I checked from the cloud server, I see the Deco M5 is offline under your TP-Link ID.
So what is the LED status on the Deco, solid green?
And are you still able to get internet service from Deco?

The LED status is solid green and still I've Internet connectivity from the Deco.

Hi, can you connect to the 4G mobile data and go to Deco APP>Overview>three lines on the top left>help>contact us>suggestions and add the APP log, then send to us?
By the way, May I know who is your internet service provider and what is the model number of your ISP modem?
If possible, please restart both the ISP modem and Deco to see whether it made any difference.
