a macbook that always worked fine stopped browsing, i can ping the m5 or see local machines, but it doesn't navigate on internet, i can't ping external IPs address.
It is not a DNS issue, I put google DNS and not working

I tried disable the antivirus
It's not on the blacklist

Did it work with a different network?
Please try to reset the network settings on the Macbook to have a look.
By the way, Macbook is the only device that failed to get internet service from Deco, right?
