Hi, I notice your current firmware version is a little old and have you tried to update to the latest firmware-1.5.1 first?
if possible, please also try to update the Deco APP to the latest version as well.
@David-TP For some reason firmware via the Deco app is not working. Also Deco app is updated.
Is there alternative ways to do a firmware updates?
Hi, it is suggested that you could try to manually upload the latest firmware into the web UI:
