Hi,

 

I have been using the Tether app to control the internet time for my son's box for a few years. However, starting yesterday, I've been having issues with Parental Control.When I click on the icn, I don't see any profiles anymore. Instead, I get a prompt to "Create a profile for each family member you would like to manage". When I do that, I get a strange message: The number of profiles has reached the maximum limit. Only 0 profiles are allowed". Yes, zero profiles...

 

The problem is that the Xbox's access remains constrained, and I can no longer change the settings through Tether.

 

Any ideas?

Thank you for your response. I rebooted the router and it works now. I should have tried this first...

Can you confirm what is the Tether APP version and the phone OS version? Do you mean there is no profile but it still prompts to "The number of profiles has reached the maximum limit. Only 0 profiles are allowed"? Can I have some screenshots of the settings?

 

You can try configuring the Parental Control via web GUI as follows, then confirm if it allows you to create a profile:
