If you forgot the wireless network name of the Archer AX10, you can try this:

Turn off the AX10 completely, search for the wireless networks on the phone or laptop, try remembering the ones at the top. Then power on the router, check again what are the different networks you can search for, those will be the wireless networks broadcasted by the AX10.

Or you can connect a computer to the AX10 with an Ethernet cable, then login to its web GUI to confirm what is the wireless network and password as follows:

If you are referring to the TP-Link Cloud account or TP-Link ID that the router is bound to, you can login to the router web GUI, then go to Basic > TP-Link Cloud, where you will see the cloud account of the router.
