Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.3.build 20211103 rel. 32888

Losing connectiving to wifi drop outs, very poor speed when connected.

When connected directily to Main deco with cable no issues at all.

 

2 of the devices i do not get a drop out (led stays green).

One of the devices will drop out (red) more often.

 

I have wifi issues no matter which one im connected to.

I previously had M5 and no issues like this at all.

 

This has become unusable.

Welcome to the community.

I see there are 3*X20 under your TP-link and are both satellite X20 units wirelessly connected to the main Deco X20?

Can I have a rough picture of the location and distance of each unit?

If swapping the location of the two satellite units, would the red LED always follow the same Deco?

And I see you mentioned that "I have wifi issues no matter which one im connected to", do you mean all the Deco units have unstable wireless connection no matter they are green or red?

This is so frustrating TP-LINK

 

So many people with the same problem. This is clearly a TP-LINK problem and not a user environment issue.

 

And to think I had a stable UNIFI wireless system and I decided to switch over to a MESH system with TP-Link Deco X20.

 

And all I am getting now is constant internet dropouts. 

 

So disappointed sad

when switched the LED still drops out on the furthest satellite. However i get drop outs and my laptop is next to the unit that is much closer to the main. All units have unstable wifi no matter where im connected. Very stable when cabled to the main only
