all the nodes are on ac mode, all of them connects through the same eth sw.
also, I can't creat another network with hidden ssid, I have no QoS option in the app

I have connected a laptop at this point with sync and works perfectly on 1gb

i don't know what do do, Support page doesn't work no phone number not nothing can't open support ticket

HELP PLEASE!!!!!

I see you have subscribed a ticket to us already and in the email, you mentioned only one of the satellite Deco X20 was capped to 100m/s.

Can  I have a screenshot of the signal source page on this Deco X20?

And may I know the model number of your network switch?

If switching this satellite X20 with the other satellite X20, would it always be the same unit that had the slow speed?

I didn't find a way to reach the signal source page....
not in the webui and not in the app, can you tell me how to find it?

also, only one of the nodes are doing this, I have disabled 2.4ghz and it what i saw is that this node does not broadcast 5ghz at all! and thats the problem (I asume)

  @Nimrod_levy I have also did another test, I have switched between two nodes, and the working node worked fine on the same eth socket
and this node did not, I have reset it via the whole re-registeded it and the same, 5ghz not working. are there logs anywhere that may shed light on this problem?

By the way, since Deco does not support turning off the wireless band on a single unit, so Do you mean only the problematic node does not generate 5ghz when standing next to it but the other two nodes still have 5ghz？

May I know how long have you had the Deco X20?
