What is happening? I am getting almost 5g down, but less than 1g up.

  Hello @mylumnad 

You could try a different speediest server ( select 'change server' .) and see if that makes any difference 

  • Test upload speed of another wired PC when connected to the same Ethernet cable? 
  • You may try different Ethernet cable if you got one
  • Try a different Ethernet port on switch/ router 
  • Disable VPN on the computer

 

What is the OS of computer?  Can I know what is your ISP upload& download bandwidth? Please check the wired Link speed & computer motherboard & system information and share a photo here, thank you.
