Sorry to say we did not get any updated news with Big sur official driver yet, the workaround which has been approved be working for Mac big sur is the Bithub method shared in thread here How to let my USB adapter works on the Mac OS big sur.For warranty inquiry it is recommended to reach out retaiter or local support with forum id 542102 so they could help look into your case further.
