I am using Gigabit switch and Cat7 amazon basics Lan cable.
Do you mean it is a gigabit switch that connects to the LAN 2 port of the AX73? What is the brand and model of it? Please check if there is a setting on the switch to change the negotiation between the connected port.
You can also test this by connecting another gigabit PC or device to the LAN port of the AX73 to determine if it can negotiate at 1000Mbps by default.
You can also try different LAN ports on the AX73 to determine if there is anything wrong with a specific port.
