Model: Deco M9 Plus  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.1

Deco and Philips Hue bridge are on latest firmware.

 

- Deco is in router mode (not behind nat)

- Hue Bridge connected directly to any Deco (main or other, all options tried)

- Power cycled everything

- Tried to scan for hue more that 10x before trying another option

- Contacted support.nl@tp-link.com, without any success, besides some end-user manuals and suggestions. Ticket #56652
