Hi, what are the model numbers of your smart plugs?
Can you share with us any error messages when the smart plugs failed to be set up?
By the way, most of the smart plugs are 2.4ghz only and not compatible with WPA3, please also try to turn off 5ghz and change the security type to WPA2-AES if possible.
