When i bought the extender i had virgin media but now i switched to bt and i cant login into the extender wifi (i do know pass), there a way to hard reset, the model onky has 1 button and 1 ethernet port

In instructions below, you could follow the step to factory reset RE, verify wifi password and reinstall the range extender.
